As per the latest instructions from Ministry of Interior, for any document related to Ministry of Interior (residency, Civil ID, driving license) photos must be with the following instructions:
-Photo size 3x4
-Photos must be with Blue background
-Person must stand straight without any motion (looking to the side or head looking down or any other motion).
